Dear Customers,

Please don't use any mobile/landline number available on search engines like Google. Customers are advised to use only authenticated contact numbers available on UCO Bank's official website:, and UCO mobile banking app.


1. Always access bank's internet banking web site by typing the URL ( in the address bar of the browser.

2. URL address on the address bar of your internet browser begins with "https". The letter 's' at the end of "https" means 'secured'.

3. Look for the padlock symbol either in the address bar or the status bar (mostly in the address bar) but not within the web page display area. Verify the security certificate by clicking on the padlock.

4. Always check the last log-in date and time in the post login page.

5.Immediately change your passwords if you have accidentally revealed your credentials.

6.Please ensure that the PC/Mobile Phone/Smart Phone used for conducting Internet Banking transactions are regularly updated with antivirus/ Firewalls/ other secure applications software and up-to-date.
